Up-Conversion Module

Down conversion modules are available from 40~400GHz , using the structure of Local oscillator frequency multiplier drives sub-harmonic mixer or balanced mixer, with the characteristics of good harmonic suppression, low conversion loss, wide frequency bandwidth, convenient and easy to use.

Up-Conversion Module

The up conversion modules are used in the front end of the transmitter to generate the RF signal and are widely used in point-to-point radio, broadband communications, and RADAR applications. Operating up to a frequency of 340 GHz, our up converters feature an integrated rejection with low LO leakage, excellent performance with adjustable bias, and high linearity.
