The up conversion modules are used in the front end of the transmitter to generate the RF signal and are widely used in point-to-point radio, broadband communications, and RADAR applications. Operating up to a frequency of 340 GHz, our up converters feature an integrated rejection with low LO leakage, excellent performance with adjustable bias, and high linearity.
